Can we arrange a lunch after the wedding ceremony?
Absolutely! We can help arrange a post-wedding lunch to celebrate your special day. You can choose to have a private lunch at your villa or enjoy a beautiful dining experience at a restaurant overlooking Bali’s stunning rice terraces. Our wedding planner will be happy to recommend the best options based on your preferences.
Can we upgrade the decoration package?
The package includes our standard decoration, featuring an arch, mixed artificial flower arrangements, aisle flower petals, a welcome sign, a bridal bouquet, and a boutonniere for the bride and groom. If you would like a fully customized design, additional decorative elements, or fresh flowers throughout the setup, we’d be happy to create a personalized proposal at an additional fee.
Do we take photos before or after the actual ceremony and where do we take them?
1. Photo & video start from the ceremony and continue afterward. The total coverage is 2 hours: * Ceremony: ~30 minutes * Photos around the ceremony setup and waterfall: ~30 minutes * Photo tour around nearby spots (bridge, small waterfall, jungle, road): ~1 hour.
Does the transport drive us around for the photos as well if necessary?
The photo locations are all within the waterfall area, so no extra driving is needed. If you’d like to visit other locations (such as Tegalalang Rice Terrace, a temple, or a beach for sunset photos), we can upgrade to a half-day or full-day photo tour.
Does the stylist come to our accommodation or do we go to them?
Hair & makeup will be done at your hotel. Just let us know where you’ll be staying, and we’ll arrange the timeline with the stylist.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony usually starts between 8:00–9:00 AM, but we can also arrange an earlier start (around 7:30–8:30 AM) if you’d prefer.
Can we choose the song that plays while we walk down to the arch on the sound system or how does that work?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose the song for your walk down the aisle, your exit after the ceremony, and even create a playlist for afterward. If you’d like to have a first dance, we’d love to include that too—the photographer and videographer will capture those special moments.
Do we choose the type of arch and the colour/theme of the decor and flowers?
The package includes our standard decoration, featuring an arch with a mix of fresh and artificial flowers. You can choose your preferred color theme. If you have a specific inspiration or floral design in mind, just send it to us and we’ll check whether it’s included in the package or if an upgrade would be needed.
